At Refugee Healthcare Talent, we believe in the power of collaboration and mutual support. Our mission is clear: we connect highly educated and experienced foreign healthcare professionals with healthcare institutions in the Netherlands that are facing staff shortages. Not only do we provide solutions for the Dutch healthcare sector, but we also create opportunities for foreign caregivers to apply and develop their expertise in a new environment.
The driving forces behind Refugee Healthcare Talent are Edwin den Haak and Myroslava Sydorchuk. Edwin has years of experience in the Dutch healthcare sector and understands the challenges that healthcare institutions face like no other. His passion lies in finding innovative solutions that not only improve the quality of care but also connect people.
Myroslava brings a unique combination of knowledge about the Ukrainian healthcare practice and the experience of living in a new country. She understands the needs and questions of foreign healthcare professionals who want to adapt to the Dutch work environment and plays a key role in their guidance.
Together, Edwin and Myroslava form a team that is committed to building bridges between foreign talents and Dutch healthcare institutions. With personal attention, commitment, and a shared vision, they work towards a future where healthcare is accessible, humane, and sustainable.
